This CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine is a special machine tool for processing cylindrical deep hole parts. It is suitable for drilling and boring the center hole of cylindrical deep hole workpieces.
Since the users are all blind hole parts, drilling and boring are both done by internal chip removal (BTA method), the oil feeder supplies oil, through the cutting area, and the chips are discharged from the inside of the drill rod to the chip removal barrel at the tail of the spindle of the drill rod box. Finally, the cooling oil returns to the oil tank through the oil outlet of the automatic chip conveyor, and the chips are automatically discharged to the chip storage trolley by the chip conveyor.
Oil cooler and automatic chip conveyor are optional.
