The TSK2163X12M special machine tool for oil drill collars has been accepted by the user!

The machine tool adopts the form of workpiece rotation and tool feed, equipped with a drill rod box, and the tool can be rotated or not. The cutting fluid cools through the oil applicator (or arbor) into the cutting area, cooling, lubricating the cutting area and taking away chips.

Basic process performance of the machine tool:
1. The inner hole can be drilled, bored and expanded on this machine.
2. The machine tool adopts the form of workpiece rotation and tool feed, equipped with a drill rod box, and the tool can be rotated or not. The cutting fluid cools through the oil applicator (or arbor) into the cutting area, cooling, lubricating the cutting area and taking away chips.
3. The process of removing chips in BTA is used when drilling. When boring, the cutting fluid in the boring bar is used to discharge the cutting fluid and chips forward (the head end of the bed).
4. The machining efficiency of the machine tool: Cutting speed: Determined according to the tool structure, material and workpiece material, generally 60-120m/min. Feed rate: Determined according to processing conditions, generally 30-150mm/min. Maximum machining allowance when boring: Determined according to the tool structure, material and workpiece condition, generally not more than 30mm (radial).
5. The machine tool is equipped with two sets of annular center frames for adjusting the processing of oil drill collars.
