This machine is a special machine for boring slender tubes. It adopts a processing method in which the workpiece rotates (through the headstock spindle hole) and the tool bar is fixed and only feeds.
When boring, the cutting fluid is supplied by an oiler, and the chip processing technology is forward. The tool feed adopts an AC servo drive system to achieve stepless speed regulation. The headstock spindle adopts multi-stage gear speed change, with a wide speed range. The oiler is fastened and the workpiece is clamped with a mechanical locking device.
