This machine is a deep hole processing machine that can complete deep hole drilling, boring, rolling and trepanning.
This machine is widely used in deep hole parts processing in military industry, nuclear power, petroleum machinery, engineering machinery, water conservancy machinery, wind power machinery, coal mining machinery and other industries, such as trepanning and boring processing of high-pressure boiler tubes, etc. The machine tool consists of a bed, a headstock, a motor device, a chuck, a center frame, a workpiece bracket, an oiler, a drilling and boring rod bracket, a drill rod box, a feed carriage, a feed system, an electrical control system, a cooling system, a hydraulic system and an operating part.
This machine tool can have the following three process forms during processing: workpiece rotation, tool reverse rotation and feeding; workpiece rotation, tool does not rotate but only feeds; workpiece fixed (special order), tool rotation and feeding.
When drilling, the oiler is used to supply cutting fluid, the chips are discharged from the drill rod, and the BTA chip removal process of the cutting fluid is used. When boring and rolling, the cutting fluid is supplied inside the boring bar and discharged to the front (head end) to remove the cutting fluid and chips. When trepanning, the internal or external chip removal process is used.
