ZSK2309A Three-coordinate heavy-duty composite CNC deep hole drilling machine

This machine is the first set of three-coordinate CNC heavy-duty composite deep hole drilling machine in China, which is characterized by long stroke, large drilling depth and heavy weight. It is controlled by CNC system and can be used for machining workpieces with coordinate hole distribution; X-axis drives the tool and column system to move transversely, Y-axis drives the tool system to move up and down, and Z1 and Z-axis drive the tool to move longitudinally.

This machine is the first set of three-coordinate CNC heavy-duty composite deep hole drilling machine in China, which is characterized by long stroke, large drilling depth and heavy weight. It is controlled by CNC system and can be used for machining workpieces with coordinate hole distribution; X-axis drives the tool and column system to move transversely, Y-axis drives the tool system to move up and down, and Z1 and Z-axis drive the tool to move longitudinally. The machine includes both BTA deep hole drilling (internal chip removal) and gun drilling (external chip removal). Workpieces with a coordinate hole distribution can be machined. The machining accuracy and surface roughness that are normally guaranteed by drilling, reaming and reaming processes can be achieved in one single drilling.

The main components of the machine function and structure

1. Bed body

The X-axis is driven by servo motor, ball screw sub-transmission, guided by hydrostatic guide rail, and the drag plate of hydrostatic guide rail is inlaid with wear-resistant casting tin-bronze plate. Two sets of beds are arranged in parallel, and each set of beds is equipped with servo drive system, which can realize double-drive and double-action and synchronous control.

2. Drilling rod box

Gun drill rod box is single spindle structure, driven by spindle motor, synchronous belt and pulley transmission, infinitely variable speed regulation.

BTA drill rod box is single spindle structure, driven by spindle motor, reducer through synchronous belt and pulley transmission, infinitely adjustable speed.

3. Column

The column consists of main column and auxiliary column. Both columns are equipped with servo drive system, which can realize double drive and double movement, synchronous control.

4. Gun drill guide frame , BTA oil feeder

Gun drill guides are used to guide the gun drill bits and support the gun drill rods.

The BTA oil feeder is used to guide the BTA drill bit and support the BTA drill rods.
